Rental Rates/Rules:

 Rates:

• $1000 Per Week (Saturday 3pm - Saturday 10am)
• $750 Per Week Off-Season
  
• $450 Weekend Rate (Friday 3pm - Sunday 3pm)
  
• $250 Mandatory Security Deposit (To be returned if cabin is left in a satisfactory condition. See Rules)
• We accept MasterCard and Visa ($50.00 service charge)

• No Pets Allowed on Property
  
• No Smoking on Property
• Please leave the Cabin as Clean as you found it. This includes, but is not limited to, clean dishes, cleaned and emptied refrigerator, All trash removed to provided outdoor receptacles, clean bathroom (toilet/shower/sink), Beach cleared of all trash and personal items. (Cleaning materials are supplied)
• Rental Agreement signed and Full Payment required before your stay
  
• If the cabin is found to be left in an unsatisfactory condition, i.e. missing items, damaged items, or if the cabin is in need of excessive cleaning, there will be a retention of the Mandatory Security Deposit.
